Educational Inequality, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity

60 questions

What does inclusive education mean?

Inclusive education seeks to ensure that learners with different backgrounds, abilities and needs can access meaningful educational opportunities.

It involves addressing barriers rather than expecting every student to learn or demonstrate competence in exactly the same way.

YASHHO's assessment practices reflect this principle.

What exactly does YASHHO teach my child?

YASHHO helps your child develop the essential success abilities needed to learn effectively, think clearly, communicate confidently, solve problems, make decisions and turn knowledge into results.

Through its AACE64™ Essential Success Abilities Framework, YASHHO focuses on 64 inner abilities across four pillars: Attitude, Aptitude, Communication and Execution.

Rather than simply teaching additional textbook lessons, YASHHO identifies your child's existing strengths and weaker abilities and provides personalized guidance for strengthening them.

The objective is to help your child become a stronger learner, a more capable performer and a better-prepared individual for future opportunities.

What will my child actually learn from YASHHO?

Your child can learn practical methods to improve concentration, comprehension, memory, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, planning, time management and task execution.

YASHHO's activities also encourage self-awareness, independent thinking, responsibility and the application of knowledge to practical situations.

What your child works on depends on the abilities identified for strengthening during the assessment.

Does YASHHO teach school subjects such as Mathematics, Science and English?

YASHHO's core offering is success-ability assessment and strengthening rather than conventional subject tuition.

For example, instead of simply teaching another Mathematics chapter, YASHHO can help identify whether problem-solving, comprehension, concentration or time management is affecting the student's performance.

These abilities can support learning across subjects, alongside appropriate academic instruction and practice.

Is YASHHO a tuition centre, coaching institute or personality-development programme?

YASHHO is positioned as a scientific, holistic and personalized success-ability assessment and strengthening system.

It differs from conventional tuition, which primarily teaches academic subjects, and from general personality-development programmes, which may focus on selected behavioural or communication skills.

YASHHO uses its AACE64™ framework to examine a broader set of 64 essential success abilities and identify individual developmental priorities.

Will my child receive personalized teaching or the same lessons as everyone else?

YASHHO's approach is personalized.

Students undertake structured assessment tasks, and their measured performance is used to identify individual strengths and developmental gaps.

The resulting Success Score Card and personalized strengthening guidance help students understand which abilities deserve greater attention.

Students may participate in common activities, but their developmental priorities can differ.

SECTION B — WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL MY CHILD DO?

What types of activities will my child undertake at YASHHO?

YASHHO's assessment process uses 21 structured tasks designed to observe multiple essential success abilities.

Depending on the task and programme, activities may involve reading and comprehension, analytical questions, written responses, practical problem-solving, decision-making situations, planning, communication and reflection.

These activities are intended to reveal how students use their abilities, not merely how many textbook answers they remember.

Are YASHHO activities like school examinations?

YASHHO activities differ from conventional examinations because their primary purpose is to assess essential success abilities rather than only subject knowledge.

A task may examine how carefully a student reads instructions, understands information, reasons through a problem, structures an answer or completes work within a given time. YASHHO then uses the observations to identify strengths and areas for development.

Will my child have to write essays, solve problems or answer questions?

YASHHO's structured tasks may involve written responses, comprehension exercises, analytical questions, problem-solving and practical situations.

For example, a written task may provide information about comprehension, clarity of expression, organization of ideas and task execution.

A problem-solving task may provide information about analytical thinking, attention to detail and decision-making.

Will my child participate in communication and public-speaking activities?

Communication is one of YASHHO's four core pillars and includes 21 essential success abilities.

Relevant tasks and strengthening activities may help students practise organizing ideas, expressing themselves clearly, listening carefully, presenting information and communicating with confidence.

Specific activities depend on the programme and the student's assessed developmental needs.

Will YASHHO give my child homework or practice activities?

YASHHO's personalized strengthening approach can include practical improvement exercises and developmental challenges targeting weaker abilities.

These may involve reading, writing, reasoning, planning, communication or everyday problem-solving.

The objective is meaningful practice that helps students strengthen specific abilities rather than simply adding more conventional homework.

How does YASHHO measure my child's abilities through activities?

YASHHO's PESPHAT-GROWPRO™ process uses 21 structured tasks, with each task designed to assess at least 30 inner abilities and each ability observed repeatedly across relevant tasks.

The observations contribute to a Success Score Card showing assessed strengths and developmental gaps.

The findings are intended to guide personalized strengthening rather than label a child's permanent potential.

How will I know what my child has gained from YASHHO?

YASHHO provides a Success Score Card and personalized developmental guidance to help students and parents understand measured ability levels, strengths and areas requiring improvement.

Its Personalized Success Path Chart also helps explore potential higher-study and career directions.

Progress in actual learning, confidence and performance should be evaluated through continued practice and subsequent observations rather than assumed from participation alone.

Is education a human right?

Yes. Education is recognized in international human-rights instruments, including the UDHR and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Access to education must not be conditioned on a student's performance in a proprietary ability assessment.

YASHHO should position its services as complementary educational support.

What are children's rights, and why do they matter in YASHHO assessments?

Children have rights relating to protection, development, education, privacy and participation.

Educational assessments involving minors should be age-appropriate, respectful and designed with safeguarding in mind.

Parents' or guardians' involvement does not remove the need to consider the child's own dignity and wellbeing.

YASHHO’s ASLI64™ process gives families an additional, personalized view of strengths and developmental priorities beyond marks alone.

Is education a human right?

Education is a fundamental human right. Every child deserves access to quality education and opportunities to learn, develop their abilities and pursue a better future, regardless of their social, economic or personal circumstances.

The United Nations recognizes education as a human right under Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In India, Article 21A of the Constitution guarantees free and compulsory education for children aged 6–14 years.

However, access to education alone does not ensure that every child can realize their full potential. Students differ in their learning abilities, strengths, developmental needs, family circumstances and educational environments.

YASHHO — World's First Success Doctor — aims to help bridge this gap by making success-ability development more scientific, holistic and personalized.

Through its AACE64™ Essential Success Abilities Framework, YASHHO helps students:

● Discover Their Inner Strengths: Identify essential success abilities that may not be fully reflected in academic marks.

● Understand Their Developmental Gaps: Recognize abilities requiring additional attention and support. ● Receive Personalized Guidance: Understand how to strengthen relevant abilities instead of relying exclusively on uniform learning approaches.

● Explore Educational and Career Opportunities: Identify potential higher-study and career pathways based on assessed strengths, interests and aspirations.

● Develop Beyond Textbooks: Strengthen abilities relevant to critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, decision-making and execution.

● Build Greater Confidence and Independence: Work towards becoming more capable learners who can make informed decisions about their futures.

YASHHO's approach can also support students with diverse learning needs by considering individual differences and appropriate accommodations, where feasible.

Education is a right. The opportunity to develop one's abilities and benefit meaningfully from education should be available to every child.

YASHHO seeks to complement conventional education by helping students understand their strengths, strengthen their essential success abilities and prepare for broader educational, professional and personal opportunities.

YASHHO's mission is not merely to help students access education, but to help them make better use of education to build stronger futures.

Why is Accountability important for human rights and citizenship?

Accountability involves responsibility for actions and decisions.

It can be relevant to ethical leadership, public service and professional conduct.

However, protecting human rights also requires laws, institutions and effective remedies.

Can YASHHO help students understand freedom of expression?

Freedom of expression is an important human-rights principle, subject to applicable legal frameworks.

YASHHO's communication abilities may support clear, respectful and responsible expression.

Educational activities can also explore the importance of listening, evidence and respect for others' rights.

Can YASHHO help young people understand social justice?

Social-justice discussions can examine fairness, access to opportunities, discrimination and institutional responsibility.

Relevant YASHHO abilities include Comprehension, Critical & Analytical Thinking, Empathy and Open-mindedness.

The objective should be informed understanding rather than prescribing political beliefs.

Can YASHHO help develop ethical leadership?

YASHHO examines Accountability, Humility, Empathy, Regard for others, Decision-making and Leadership Ability.

These are relevant to aspects of ethical leadership.

Ethical behaviour cannot be conclusively established through a single assessment and also depends on values, choices and institutional safeguards.

What is YASHHO's responsibility when assessing vulnerable students?

YASHHO should prioritize dignity, safety, accessibility and appropriate support.

Assessment procedures should account for age, disability, language, distress and relevant environmental circumstances.

No student should be pressured to complete tasks when doing so would compromise their wellbeing.
