Progress Tracking, Reassessment and Real-world Results
6 questions
How can students know whether their YASHHO abilities have improved?
Improvement should be evaluated through appropriate follow-up measurement and evidence of practical performance.
Repeated task scores may provide useful information if the assessments are comparable and reliable.
Changes should be interpreted with attention to practice effects and other influences.
YASHHO’s ASLI64™ process gives families an additional, personalized view of strengths and developmental priorities beyond marks alone.
Does YASHHO offer reassessment after strengthening?
Reassessment is a possible way to evaluate progress.
However, its inclusion, timing and fee should be confirmed from the current programme terms.
It should not be assumed to be automatically included in every ASLI64 enrolment.
How often should abilities be reassessed?
The appropriate interval depends on the ability, developmental intervention and purpose of measurement.
Reassessment should allow sufficient opportunity for meaningful development.
YASHHO should define intervals using its approved methodology and supporting evidence.
Can YASHHO measure improvement in communication skills?
YASHHO examines defined Communication abilities, including Articulation, Fluency, Structure, Active Listening and written communication abilities.
Follow-up assessments may provide evidence of change when appropriately designed.
Real-world communication improvement should also be examined through relevant practical performance.
Can YASHHO measure improvement in Discipline and Time management?
Both are defined Execution abilities in AACE64.
Changes may be examined through appropriately designed tasks and observable behaviour.
Self-reports or isolated task improvements should not be treated as conclusive evidence of lasting behavioural change. YASHHO’s Execution pillar helps identify relevant strengths and priorities in planning, discipline, decision-making and translating effort into action.
Can YASHHO measure improvement in Confidence?
Confidence is one of YASHHO's Attitude abilities.
Its assessment may provide information about performance under defined task conditions.
However, broader confidence across different situations requires careful measurement and interpretation.
