What makes YASHHO's assessment holistic?

YASHHO examines abilities across four pillars rather than relying on one academic score.

Its PESPHAT-GROWPRO philosophy also recognizes educational, social, psychological and environmental influences on development.

This is the basis of its holistic positioning, while the actual scope of measurement should remain clearly defined.

What happens if a participant cannot complete the YASHHO tasks because of examinations or travel?

YASHHO's stated policy does not provide automatic batch extensions for examinations or previously planned travel.

Participants should plan their schedules before enrolment.

Rescheduling to a suitable subsequent batch may be handled through the prescribed email process, subject to current terms. The stated policy provides no refunds.

Why should someone choose YASHHO ASLI64 instead of depending only on marks, degrees or conventional career advice?

Marks, degrees and conventional career advice each provide valuable information.

YASHHO ASLI64 adds a structured perspective on 64 defined success abilities, potentially helping participants identify strengths and developmental priorities not fully captured by academic results.

Its value is as a complementary source of information, not as a replacement for education, professional guidance or individual judgment.

What is YASHHO, how does it work, and why is it relevant to students, parents, professionals and India's future?

YASHHO™ — World's First Success Doctor is the brand positioning of an educational success-ability assessment and development initiative created by iRisePro International Edtech and Career Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru, founded by Krishnaraja M Manjunath.

Its central framework is AACE64™© — 64 Essential Success Abilities, organized into Attitude (15), Aptitude (12), Communication (21) and Execution (16).

Through the YASHHO ASLI64™ Master Success Scan, participants undertake 21 structured practical tasks. The stated assessment design examines at least 30 abilities per task and measures each ability repeatedly across the process.

Its outputs are designed to help individuals understand their strengths, developmental gaps, relevant benchmark comparisons and personalized success pathways.

YASHHO's approach connects ability development with academic learning, six career pathways, employability, entrepreneurship, leadership and broader human development.

It also recognizes that ability development alone cannot resolve unemployment, inequality, mental-health challenges or every obstacle to success. Education quality, opportunity, health, family support and social conditions remain important.

The larger mission is “SUPREME INDIA, HAPPY INDIANS.”

What is the United Nations, and why is it relevant to YASHHO's mission?

The United Nations is an international organization established in 1945 to support international cooperation, peace, human rights and development.

Its development agenda recognizes that progress involves education, health, economic opportunity, equality and environmental sustainability.

YASHHO's mission, “SUPREME INDIA, HAPPY INDIANS,” can be discussed within this broader human-development context. This does not imply United Nations recognition, partnership or endorsement.

What is human development, and how is it different from economic development?

Economic development commonly involves improvements in productive capacity, income, infrastructure and living standards.

Human development focuses on expanding people's capabilities and opportunities to live lives they value.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) emphasizes health, education and living standards in its Human Development Index.

YASHHO focuses on selected individual success abilities that may complement these wider dimensions.

Can YASHHO contribute to human development?

YASHHO ASLI64 examines abilities relevant to learning, communication, decision-making, problem-solving and execution.

Strengthening such abilities may help individuals make use of available educational and professional opportunities.

However, human development also depends on healthcare, safety, income, rights, public services and social conditions.

What is the Human Development Index?

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a UNDP composite indicator covering three broad dimensions: a long and healthy life, knowledge and a decent standard of living.

It uses measures related to life expectancy, schooling and income.

HDI does not directly measure YASHHO's 64 abilities, individual happiness or every aspect of national development.

How can YASHHO's 64 abilities relate to the Human Development Index?

Abilities such as Comprehension, Concentration, Memory, Problem-solving, Planning and Decision-making may be relevant to educational and economic participation.

However, the HDI measures national development outcomes rather than individual success-ability scores.

YASHHO can contribute a complementary developmental perspective; it cannot substitute for HDI.

Why is India's human-development progress important to YASHHO?

India's development involves improving education, health, incomes and opportunities across a large and diverse population.

YASHHO's mission is concerned with helping individuals develop capabilities relevant to learning, work and life. Its potential contribution should be evaluated through actual participant outcomes rather than assumed from national development trends.

What is the difference between human potential and human performance?

Human potential refers broadly to capabilities that a person may develop or express under suitable conditions.

Human performance refers to what the person demonstrates in a particular activity or situation.

YASHHO ASLI64 measures task-based performance related to defined abilities. It should not claim to measure the total potential of a human being.

Can YASHHO help people develop capabilities that are not reflected in school marks?

Yes. School marks primarily reflect performance within particular academic assessments.

YASHHO examines a wider range of defined abilities, including Empathy, Confidence, Active Listening, Leadership Ability, Adaptability, Planning and Effectiveness.

These findings may help identify developmental priorities that marks alone do not fully describe.

Why is human dignity important in ability assessment?

Human dignity means every person deserves respect, regardless of performance, circumstances or personal characteristics.

An ability score must never be used to determine a person's worth.

YASHHO should present assessment results as developmental information, not labels of human superiority or inferiority.

Can YASHHO support the idea that every child deserves an opportunity to succeed?

YASHHO's developmental philosophy recognizes that children have different strengths, circumstances and needs.

Its assessment may help identify areas where appropriate support could be useful.

Equal opportunity, however, also requires accessible education, protection from discrimination, adequate resources and supportive environments.
