Scientific Framework and the 64 Inner Abilities
25 questions
What is AACE64?
AACE64 is YASHHO's Essential Success Abilities Framework. It organizes 64 inner abilities into four pillars: Attitude, Aptitude, Communication and Execution.
What does AACE stand for?
AACE stands for:
A — Attitude
A — Aptitude
C — Communication
E — Execution
How many abilities are there under each pillar?
There are 15 Attitude abilities, 12 Aptitude abilities, 21 Communication abilities and 16 Execution abilities.
Together, they total 64 Essential Success Abilities.
Why does YASHHO measure 64 abilities instead of only IQ?
YASHHO's framework is designed to cover a wider range of abilities than a conventional intelligence measure.
It considers cognitive, behavioural, communication and execution-related abilities that may influence learning and performance.
What are inner abilities?
Inner abilities are capabilities that influence how a person understands information, responds to situations, communicates, makes decisions and acts towards goals.
Examples include concentration, memory, confidence, comprehension, problem-solving, planning and discipline.
Why does YASHHO compare inner abilities to the roots of a tree?
YASHHO uses a tree analogy.
Roots are largely invisible but support the tree and its fruits. Similarly, inner abilities are not always visible in a report card, yet they can influence visible results such as marks, ranks, skills and job readiness.
Can someone have good marks but weak inner abilities?
Yes. A student may perform well academically while having developmental needs in communication, confidence, leadership, planning or adaptability.
Conversely, someone with modest marks may demonstrate strengths in other areas.
YASHHO complements syllabus preparation by examining the underlying AACE64™ abilities involved in learning, preparation and performance.
What is Attitude in AACE64?
Attitude refers to abilities associated with how individuals approach learning, challenges, other people and personal development.
The framework includes abilities such as curiosity, confidence, adaptability, empathy and resilience.
YASHHO’s Attitude pillar helps structure discussions about confidence, resilience and other developmental abilities without reducing a person to a score.
What is Aptitude in AACE64?
Aptitude refers to abilities associated with understanding, reasoning, memory, attention and problem-solving.
These abilities may contribute to how effectively a learner acquires and applies knowledge.
What is Communication in AACE64?
Communication includes abilities associated with understanding and expressing ideas through written, spoken and interpersonal interaction.
The framework assesses multiple components rather than treating communication as one undifferentiated skill.
YASHHO’s Communication pillar examines 21 defined abilities, allowing more specific strengthening priorities than a single general communication label.
What is Execution in AACE64?
Execution concerns translating intentions, knowledge and plans into effective action.
It includes abilities such as discipline, time management, planning, goal setting, decision-making and mental endurance.
YASHHO’s Execution pillar helps identify relevant strengths and priorities in planning, discipline, decision-making and translating effort into action.
What is PESPHAT-GROWPRO?
PESPHAT-GROWPRO stands for:
Practical Educo-Socio-Psychological Holistic Assessment, Tangible Transformation & Growth Path Protocol.
It is YASHHO's proprietary framework for evaluating abilities in the context of learning, behaviour and the surrounding environment, and for guiding development.
The phrase above is a plain-language description of the protocol; formal proprietary naming may differ. It is not a promise of a particular measurable outcome.
Why does YASHHO examine a student's environment?
A student's development is influenced not only by individual abilities but also by experiences and circumstances involving family, teachers, peers, habits and the surrounding learning environment. YASHHO complements syllabus preparation by examining the underlying AACE64™ abilities involved in learning, preparation and performance.
What is triangulation in YASHHO?
YASHHO’s programme description describes three sources brought together for analysis:
Task outputs.
Evaluator protocol.
Behavioural observations.
The purpose is to cross-check findings rather than relying on a single response.
How many tasks are included in the full Master Success Scan?
The YASHHO ASLI64 Master Success Scan includes 21 structured tasks.
How many abilities does each task measure?
Under YASHHO’s stated AACE64™ assessment design, each of the 21 structured tasks examines a minimum of 30 Essential Success Abilities. These are overlapping observations of different abilities within tasks, not 30 separate examinations. The purpose is to build a richer developmental profile than a single test score.
How often is each ability measured?
YASHHO’s stated measurement design observes each of the 64 Essential Success Abilities approximately 9–18 times across the 21-task ASLI64™ Master Success Scan. Repeated observations are intended to support a more rounded profile; their frequency alone does not establish scientific reliability or validity.
How long does the Master Success Scan take?
YASHHO’s programme description describes approximately five hours of total task activity, with an average of about 12 minutes per task.
Actual completion time may vary by learner and task.
Over how many days can the assessment be completed?
YASHHO’s programme description describes completion over 8 or 25 days, depending on the selected format.
The applicable completion schedule is communicated with the selected programme.
Can the Master Success Scan be completed at home?
Yes. The programme is an at-home, expert-guided and parent-involved assessment.
Participants must follow the applicable instructions and submission schedule.
Are parents involved in the assessment?
Yes. The nature of that involvement should follow the task instructions so that assessed work continues to reflect the learner's own abilities.
YASHHO’s ASLI64™ process gives families an additional, personalized view of strengths and developmental priorities beyond marks alone.
What does YASHHO mean by scientific measurement?
YASHHO describes a structured method involving predefined abilities, tasks, repeated observations, evaluator protocols, scoring and benchmark comparisons.
Is the YASHHO assessment a psychological diagnosis?
YASHHO is much more than a conventional academic assessment. However, it is not a clinical psychological diagnosis.
YASHHO uses its proprietary PESPHAT-GROWPRO™ — Practical Educo-Socio-Psychological Holistic Assessment, development and growth & Growth Path Protocol.
This scientific, holistic and personalized framework examines a student's 64 Essential Success Abilities across four pillars: Attitude, Aptitude, Communication and Execution.
Importantly, it considers the student's broader educational, sociological and psychological ecosystem, including relevant influences from parents, teachers, peers, habits, behaviour and the surrounding environment.
Through 21 structured tasks, repeated ability observations and triangulated analysis, YASHHO aims to identify:
Inner-ability strengths and developmental gaps.
Educational, social and psychological influences on learning and performance.
Gaps against relevant All-India success-ability benchmarks.
Readiness across six career pathways.
Personalized strengthening priorities and a practical growth path.
The findings are presented in a 49-page Personalized Success Path Chart, helping students and parents understand not only where the student stands, but also what needs strengthening and how to move forward.
The distinction: YASHHO evaluates psychological and behavioural dimensions relevant to educational and career development.
Can the 64 abilities be strengthened?
Many skills and behaviours can improve through targeted practice, feedback and sustained effort. YASHHO’s AACE64™ framework makes strengthening more personalized by examining concentration, memory, confidence, communication, planning, discipline and the other defined abilities, then identifying priorities through ASLI64™.
What happens after YASHHO measures the 64 abilities?
After the 21-task ASLI64™ Master Success Scan, YASHHO provides a 49-page Personalized Success Path Chart covering measured strengths, developmental priorities, benchmark comparisons, AI-readiness and six career pathways. The master document describes a ₹4,999 + GST package including a 30-minute personalized mentoring session; the fee and exact inclusions are governed by the offer shown at enrolment. This helps families move from an unexplained mark or rank towards a more specific strengthening plan.
